I appreciated the fast courteous service I received with the last appointment. All past experiences have been equally as good.

I would like to commend John Dunlop. He has always addressed every auto concern professionally. He genuinely cares about the person and not just servicing the car.

John goes the extra mile. Here is just one example displaying not only his professional service but his thoughtfulness as a human being. When my car was ready and I had paid the bill, John told me to wait and he would drive the car in so I would not have to walk out and find it. That's superior service and I greatly appreciate it!

When I dropped off my car on Friday evening, the young lady that met me was very helpful. She asked me if it would be of benefit to me, if they could work it in, to have it done Saturday morning. I told her that would be great. As she suggested, the car was done and I was able to pick it up Saturday instead of Monday. With customer attention like that, I will continue to use Apple for the service needs I have for my Cobalt. She needs to be commended for her friendly, helpful attitude.
